Specific Selection Criteria

Approval to teach
Applicants must satisfy the teacher training and academic qualification requirements for this position. Demonstrated success in teaching Senior English, including Extension 1 and 2 English. Evidence of exemplary quality teaching skills to engage and inspire students, including gifted and talented students and students with a variety of learning needs. Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to collaborate and work as a dynamic member of an experienced faculty team. Demonstrated understanding of and sensitivity to the needs of Aboriginal students.
