• hold current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers; and
• be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
This position is for 13 hours per week at the moment. This equates to .24 of a full-time load. The allocation of these hours will be negotiable with the Learning Inclusion Leader who is the line-manager. This arrangement will reflect mutual needs and accommodations. The successful candidate would have expertise in the full range of English Language Studies and possess proactive skills in delivering literacy strategies. The College is committed to the Developing Excellence in Learning and Teaching (DELT) framework for delivering positive outcomes in literacy as inclusively defined. Hence, the successful applicant will be part of a strategically focussed team of teachers and support people.
