Not personally familiar with Find Work Abroad but you can ask them for their license number to make sure they are legit.
Also, from personal experience I know that many Chinese recruiters and schools try to get you into the country and then sort out...

It varies a bit across China. Usually just a degree is enough, although I met many people over there teaching without even that. Some schools might also prefer a TEFL/TESOL cert. Here's a guide to teach English in Asia....
